I remember these words from my manager a long time ago as if it was yesterday. So true though, there is little point pouring sales in the top of the funnel if the services and goods have payment outstanding and poor debt control.
A telephone is still a primary form of contact
A lot of customers will use the phone as a way of getting in touch.
