What a difference a smile makes
Your product may be sought after, it may have an attractive price, fast delivery and be plug and play (Wow, this sounds good!). What happens when things don’t quite go as they should? How many times have you trawled a website looking for a phone number when you need a hand. You can fill an online form, chat to a bot, send an email but there is no phone number in sight, familiar?
Yes you can successfully engage in email ping pong but isn’t it refreshing when you have an issue and are able to resolve it with a call lasting just a few minutes. Particularly when you are speaking to someone who is happy and you were expecting to fight multiple Auto attendant options and listen to Opus No.1 for 30 minutes. Sometimes we just need to explain something rather than attempting to type it.
The good news is we are actually seeing a trend at Vostel. Some Hosted PBX clients are no longer wanting Auto attendant options and are favouring someone answering the phone as quick as possible in a bid to out do their competition. In fact one on our newly released features, Time to answer, allows you to see how long it takes to answer calls.
