Vostel store data to provide services to their customers. This will include order processing, support and for marketing purposes. Vostel is a Data Controller, we are responsible for your data under the General Data Protection Regulation(GDPR).
Vostel may occasionally make changes and corrections to this Privacy Policy. If we believe the changes are significant we will notify you by email or by posting information on our website.
Vostel collect information about their customers by different means. These include website forms, from emails, our support ticket system, by telephone and in person at shows or networking events.
The information we collect includes:

Vostel may contact customers by telephone or email for account related matters. These include service status, maintenance, management and billing. We will only contact our customers for marketing purposes providing consent has been given to do so.

Vostel will retain your information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy. Vostel will retain and use your information to comply with applicable tax/revenue laws and dispute resolution.
Your rights
You have the right to ask Vostel to provide you with data it stores on you. You have the right to request that data stored is amended or deleted. Vostel may be able to retain this data even if you withdraw your consent, where Vostel can demonstrate it has a legal requirement to process your data. Vostel will ensure confidentiality of the data stored.
Data transfer
Vostel will not share any customer data with third parties who are not directly associated with its services. Vostel use approved third parties to provide the following services:

- Customer relationship management
- Document management
- Accounting
Security
Vostel will ensure every web based service it offers will use HTTPS to encrypt communications. Security and data protection assessments are completed prior to any third party engagement.

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
