Wall Board
Designed to be a permanent display on a large wall monitor, you can also use in a regular browser tab too. See live call stats at a glance, including total, outgoing, incoming, active and ringing. The summary section displays calls answered, missed, average length of call and the percentage of answered.
User Summary
Here you can see an overview of each users calls including time to answer. Search by date, or a range of dates and the quick access menu allows you to jump to a chosen period. An export function is available on each page to save the data in Excel format.
DDI summary
Here you can see an overview of each number. This is perfect for reviewing dedicated marketing numbers and their performance. Search by date, or a range of dates and the quick access menu allows you to jump to a chosen period. An export function is available on each page to save the data in Excel format.
Hourly summary
Here you can see an overview of calls for each hour of the day. Are customers calling before you arrive, after you have left for the day? Are you missing calls during break times.
