What if I move premises?

No problem, our Hosted customers can simply connect the handset at the new location and you will be up and running in minutes. If you have a traditional fixed line then why not port your number to us? Our service is not location dependant, this means you are not tied to a particular exchange. For example, we have a customer in Malaysia with a Brighton telephone number.

What if my internet connection goes down, won't I lose calls?

We built HashKey with something going wrong somewhere in mind. We are able to automatically failover to a number of your choice in case your connection becomes unreliable. We always recommend using a business internet provider, we like Zen Internet.

Is there any help setting up my handset?

Absolutely, if you purchased a handset from us we have an auto provisioning service, simply plug and play. We have manual phone configuration guides in our wiki for handsets purchased elsewhere. As we are a friendly bunch we will always help you with this where we can.

Do I have to use a physical handset?

No. If you prefer you can use a Desktop or Smartphone App instead, we would be happy to discuss this with you.

I’ve used internet telephony before, it was a poor quality

Technology and bandwidth has progressed immensely in recent years. Call quality is superb, something which is often commented on by our customers, better than a traditional line.

I don’t want to be in a contract

Great and we don’t want you to be. We operate on a ONE month contract on everything we do. We want our customers to use us because they want to, not because they have to.

Is your telephony solution reliable?

Yes! We run our entire business on internet telephony, as do most of our customers many of which are businesses with a significant turnover. A good example is a trade distribution company with 12 UK based branches and a turnover in excess of £40m, Vostel handle all their telephony requirements as well as integrating some of their top customers into their telephony solution package.

I work from home a lot, can you help?

Definitely! We can offer you all the functionality of the office at home. Our double-up feature could be for you, keep the same extension number wherever you go.

I want phones that look good

Absolutely! We stock handsets from Cisco, Gigaset, Panasonic, Snom and Yealink. These brands have proven to be reliable as well as looking good.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
