Always Accounting are qualified accountants and tax advisers based in Heathfield, East Sussex.

Introduction

As a new business startup Always Accounting required a telephone system which was flexible and scalable. Calls would need to be forwarded to other numbers as required and the system must grow along with their future expansion plans. They needed a main number plus direct dial numbers, all with a voicemail service.

Solution

Our hosted telephone system was perfect for their scenario. This means no actual telephone system is required at the office, just handsets. We chose the Snom brand as they provided all of the features required and need no technical expertise to install, thanks to our auto provisioning service. Snom are an all time favourite of ours. Our 30 day rolling contract means Always Accounting can add and remove users on a monthly basis with no penalties.

We configured the system to automatically route calls to another number if not answered. This mean’t if some of the team were already helping other clients the call would be answered. Easy access via our customer portal allows for the call forward number to be updated instantly. Out of hours calls are sent to voicemail. Voicemail messages are forwarded by email so they can be listened to when out of the office enhancing their customer service.
