Sussex Timber Products specialise in the design and construction of bespoke timber buildings. They manufacture timber garages, timber carports and sectional timber buildings of all descriptions. Garden buildings of all types including – garden studios, home offices, sheds, chalets, summerhouses, mini-sheds, garden tidies, workshops, solar sheds and potting sheds.
Sadly Sussex Timber Products were another victim of mis-selling by a large, well known telecoms company. They were sold products they didn’t need and were paying for lines and numbers they didn’t realise they had and were not using. They wanted to move office premises which was going to take them outside of there area code meaning they would have to change their number if using a traditional system. They also have a manufacturing site which they wanted to keep in touch with.
Our flexible HashKey Hosted PBX was a great choice for this company. Firstly it gave then the ability to keep their telephone number as we are not bound to an exchange and also calls could be sent to multiple locations simultaneously. Their manufacturing site simply became another extension to the system so they were able to make and receive free internal calls between locations and answer calls from anywhere. With our ONE month contract they have peace of mind going forward they can easily switch provider without a penalty, of course, we do not want this! Boom! another happy client 🙂
