The existing telephone system at X5 had become difficult to maintain and wasn’t user friendly to update when it came to managing Bank Holidays and voicemail. They also needed a central list of numbers making it easy for the staff to call clients etc.
As technical and feature rich as our Hashkey telephone system is the actual user interface is a doddle to use. X5 now have the ability to login and make changes instantly. We took onboard the issues they faced with bank holidays and used a really cool Hashkey feature. We are able to program Bank Holidays in advance, this means they never have to worry about setting a closed message again. Better still we are able to play a dedicated Bank Holiday message adding an extra touch of professionalism. We setup Global contacts for them, this gives the ability to simply ‘click to call’ a contact, it also displays the contacts name on inbound calls. Our import facility made bringing over their 2000 contacts an easy task.
