Autowise are a really busy garage. They had 2 analogue lines in each site with the idea being 1 line could be dedicated to inbound calls from customers and the 2nd to be used to order parts etc. This was fine for a while but they quickly found they needed more than one sales line as customers complained they were always engaged, the 2nd line they had was confusing to people as it was a different number.
We set them up on to our Hosted solution and ported their sales numbers. This gave them a multiline telephone system overnight. We were then in a position to offer them all of the features our system has. They took advantage of the call recording service which has genuinely helped them to improve the customer experience. They play back random call recordings during their management meetings which allows them to see the areas where they can improve. They were also unsure how their website was really performing. We provided a dedicated telephone number which is only advertised on the website. From our customer portal they can export a report on the number of calls the website is actually generating. No more engaged tones and another example of how our service can be used for business analysis and not just as a telephone system.
